This was the most extensive renovation completed by NicMar Holdings. The mixed-use building, consisting of two apartments and a commercial space, underwent a full restoration. Upgrades included new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing throughout, as well as the addition of a bathroom in the commercial unit. The entire building received new windows, sheetrock, flooring, and lighting. Exterior work included a new roof, restored siding, and full paint. Both apartments were outfitted with new kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry hookups. Additional improvements included new sewer lines, a third-floor balcony, full interior paint, and removal of the chimney to modernize the structure and maximize interior space.
