Additionally, Frank manages all of our short-term rentals, whether it be guest communications, or coordinating maintenance and cleaning schedules. His leadership ensures that every project aligns with NicMar's vision and operational goals.

Nicola plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of NicMar Holdings, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. They handle a variety of administrative and logistical tasks, including managing communications and scheduling all reservations for our short-term rentals.
